In most cases, insurance carriers pay us directly for selling their products. That means there’s no cost to you when you use our services! We will always tell you up front if the insurance company you are considering does not pay us directly.

Office policy and procedure
We promise to treat you fairly. Our agents are paid on commission which comes directly from the Insurance company. We do not charge a fee for our service, and your premium is not affected if you choose to use a broker. We thrive on educating and assisting our clients. Thank you for shopping Local!
Cancellation requests must be given to your agent directly, and must be in writing. We cannot complete any cancellation requests that are requested after 4:00 pm on the last business day of the month. If you’re concerned that you’ve missed our internal deadline, contact the carrier directly by calling the number on the back of your ID card (if your policy is through Connect for Health Colorado, you’ll need to call them directly to cancel).
Although we are located in Longmont, CO, our office does not currently accomodate for walk-in appointments.
We are happy to talk with you by phone or email, and then if you’d like to meet in person, we can arrange a meeting at a variety of local locations. We also have video chat appointments available.
